- I live in Regina Saskatchewan. Although I have lived in Regina for the last 10 years or so, I am not really from the prairies. I was born in Quebec but I have lived in 6 different provinces from coast to coast. I don’t consider myself a regional Canadian. I am now retired but I have had several interesting jobs in my life so far. I spent eight years in the Canadian Navy including a stint in the Submarine Service, I was employed in the television and Radio industry and I worked within the trade union movement for 30 years or so.
